Below are my most recent project updates and
things that have caught my eye.
What a piece of rubbish! Cleaners must have missed it on their rounds at Massey University's Exposure/14 exhibition.
|I've been developing a series of works for my Fine Art Postgraduate Diploma that explore ideas surrounding perception and how far this can manipulated, influenced or controlled via external means.|
Kaitiaki features on Julian Guthrie"s website in relation to a lovely Mahia House he designed.
Install of sculpture to #1 Clyde Quay Wharf apartments is now complete with the help of Raj and crew from Fraser Engineering who did a fantastic job with the fabrication and install. Also thanks to Jamie at Athfield Architects and Willis Bond & Co for making the project happen.
I'm currently working on a large interior sculptural project with Willis Bond and Co and Athfield Architects, due for completion/installation in early 2014. The artwork will be integrated into the Lobby area of #1 Clyde Quay Wharf apartments.
Sections of "The Island" have now found a new home on the upper terrace of a fantastic Pauatahanui waterfront property.
I'm currently developing some sculptural forms for Pataka's atrium space, hopefully to been shown in the months of May/June 2011. http://www.pataka.org.nz
